Tracking Orders

Q: How do I track my order?
A: PSIGEAR uses the DHL eCommerce System which allows us to provide proactive notifications to our customers when their shipments are on the website.If you received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to correct the problem. The shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be met by PSIGEAR.

Q: Is the order currently in stock?
A: Since the inventory on our official website is not synchronized with the physical store's stock, the purchasable inventory may not always reflect actual availability. If none of the items in your order are in stock, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. If only some items are out of stock, we will contact you via email to confirm whether you would like to cancel the unavailable items or the entire order. You can also email us to inquire about the restocking time for specific out-of-stock products..

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost is based upon the weight and destination of your order. It is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. PSIGEAR has the right to charge actual shipping cost if the proper shipping amount is not listed on the site at the completion of order and on sales confirmation. We will contact you directly and give you a choice to either cancel or pay the balance due on extra shipping charges.

Q: Does PSIGEAR ship to FPOs and APOs?
A: Yes.

Q: How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
A: Our goal is to provide 10-20 business days worldwide shipping if the order is placed during business hours.  All shipping time based on what the customer selected is calculated on Eastern Central Times Business Hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.Order delivery is just estimated. Affected by policies and unexpected events, international transport is largely uncertain. As shipping companies are responsible for order delivery, we will not compensate for the possible delay in delivery.
